1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and RS787 ("RS787", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the RS787 platform available at https://rs787.cam and any associated services, content or features (collectively, the "Platform").

RS787 is an English-language online betting and casino information platform providing educational content about sports betting, live casino games, responsible gambling practices and related topics, primarily targeted at users in Pakistan. RS787 operates as an information resource. We do not directly process bets or accept real-money deposits.

By accessing or using any part of the RS787 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "User" — Any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether or not they hold a registered account.
• "Account" — A registered user profile created on the Platform by providing accurate personal details and accepting these Terms.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on RS787, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable gambling operator and the licence jurisdiction under which that operator is authorised to offer services. Age verification may be required.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be prohibited by any applicable law, regulation or court order from accessing gambling-related content or services.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current registration information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

4 Account Registration

When registering an account on RS787, you agree to provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested during the registration process.

4.1 Username and Password

You are responsible for choosing a secure password and for maintaining its confidentiality. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. RS787 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to protect your credentials.

In the event that you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify RS787 immediately via the contact details set out in Section 16 of these Terms.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

RS787 and any associated Operator reserve the right to require identity verification at any stage, including at the time of withdrawal. Standard KYC documentation includes a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of address and, where applicable, verification of the payment method used.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure. All documents submitted must be authentic and unaltered; submission of fraudulent documents is a criminal matter and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

4.3 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted one registered account only. If duplicate accounts are identified, RS787 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bonuses and withhold winnings accrued in breach of this rule.

5 Terms of Use

Your access to and use of the RS787 Platform is subject to the following conditions of use. By accessing the Platform, you confirm your ongoing agreement with these conditions:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases or associated systems.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scrapers or similar technologies to extract content from the Platform without prior written consent from RS787.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

6.2 Withdrawals

• All wagers placed are governed exclusively by the terms and rules of the licensed Operator through which the bet is placed. RS787 has no authority over the settlement, cancellation or amendment of bets.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the RS787 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, page layouts, data compilations and software — is the exclusive property of RS787 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Platform's content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy or duplicate any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt or create derivative works based on the Platform's content.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices.
• Republish, redistribute or publicly display any substantial portion of the Platform's content.

Any unauthorised use of RS787's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RS787 excludes all liability for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Losses resulting from gambling activity undertaken based on information obtained from the Platform, including illustrative bonus figures, odds descriptions or strategy guides.
• Errors, inaccuracies or omissions in the Platform's content, including descriptions of Operator products or payment methods.
• Interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any of its features.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

RS787 provides its Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

12 Responsible Gambling

13 Account Suspension & Closure

RS787 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information at any stage of account operation.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, identity theft or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Conduct that is harmful to other users, RS787, any Operator, or the integrity of the Platform.
• Voluntary request for self-exclusion submitted by the account holder.

13.1 Closure by User

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting RS787 support. Requests for self-exclusion — where the user wishes to restrict their own access due to gambling concerns — will be processed promptly and maintained for the duration requested. Self-exclusion is a serious, protective measure and requests to remove self-exclusion before the agreed period expires will be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

13.2 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, all pending bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances may be eligible for withdrawal subject to the Operator's terms and any outstanding KYC requirements.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which RS787 is legally registered and operates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

For users accessing the Platform from Pakistan, nothing in these Terms is intended to override or circumvent any applicable Pakistani federal or provincial law, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their activity complies with all applicable local laws.

Where any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

15 Amendments

RS787 reserves the right to revise, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time, at our sole discretion. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

Material changes to these Terms — such as changes that significantly affect user rights or obligations — will be communicated via a notice on the Platform homepage or via registered email address where practicable.
